Before sampling inflatable products, first confirm these five basic information
The purpose, user group, expansion size, inflation method and sales area will jointly affect the structure, materials, accessories and packaging. Only by explaining this information clearly can the sample have clear verification goals.

Before starting to sample inflatable products, the most important thing is not to determine the shape immediately, but to clearly explain the conditions of use. Depending on the purpose, environment and usage, the focus of structural design and verification will also change.
The first item is the purpose and user group. Children's play, adult leisure, outdoor camping or temporary storage have different requirements for corner processing, stability, opening size and accessory selection.
The second item is the expanded size and usage capacity. In addition to length, width, and height, the available internal space, expected load, and placement area should also be stated. The more specific the dimensional confirmation is, the fewer subsequent structural adjustments will be needed.
The third item is the method of inflation, exhaust and drainage. The position of the air nozzle, inflation tools, drainage direction and storage steps will all affect the use experience and need to be confirmed by actual operation during the sample stage.
The fourth item is sales areas and packaging channels. Different markets may have different labels, instructions, and compliance requirements; online retail, store sales, or bulk shipping may also have different emphasis on outer boxes and accessory combinations.
The fifth item is the sample confirmation standard. You can confirm material samples, structural samples, appearance samples and packaging samples in sequence, and record each round of modifications. Only after confirming that the target is clear can the final sample be ready for production.
